About

Providing Tapas Style Dining Since 2016

We are located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and have been serving the area since 2016. We offer a tapas-style dining experience, Wednesday through Saturday evenings. Your meal will be complemented with our extensive selection of wines, craft beers, and of course, our famous Tangled Tumbleweed Pretzels!

Our tapas are prepared individually and that calls for a bit of a wait. We invite folks to gather and enjoy the experience of sharing small plate tapas along with the pleasure of savoring food, fabulous wines, craft beers and friendships.

We look forward to providing you with a memorable dining experience. Please enjoy our atmosphere, wonderful food and drink, and your time with good friends and family.

Tapa [tah-pah]

Tapas are small plates of food served in bars or restaurants to accompany drinks. And are meant to be shared with friends.

The Legend of Tapas Style Dining

According to legend, Alfonso the 10th, the wise king of Spain, had once been stricken with a serious illness which only allowed him to take in small portions of food with small amounts of wine…hence, the introduction to tapas…an eating experience to be relaxed and enjoyed over time.
